  • Financial Data: For creators and paid users, payment information is processed securely through our third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Xendit). We do not store raw credit card numbers.
  • KYC Data: Identity documents uploaded for the Creator Program are encrypted and processed by authorized verification partners.
  • Usage Data: Prompts, generation history, and interaction analytics to improve our AI models and platform experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the FUOAI generative engine and marketplace.
  • Process transactions, payouts, and subscription renewals.
  • Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Communicate with you regarding account updates, security alerts, and new features.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

  • Service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors) bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
  • Law enforcement when required by valid legal process.

4. AI Model Training

Prompts and generated outputs from Free Tier users may be aggregated and anonymized to improve our underlying AI models. Pro and Studio users' generations are strictly private and are not used for public model training without explicit consent.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain your personal and transaction data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your data against unauthorized access.

Cloud Storage Retention: For Starter and PRO users, your projects and audio assets are securely stored up to your plan's limit (1 GB and 10 GB respectively). If a subscription is downgraded or canceled, data exceeding the new limit will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

6. Cookies and Tracking

FUOAI uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session (e.g., authentication tokens), remember your preferences, and analyze site traffic to improve performance. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
